Nothing dirty here, but I do pole dancing and i LOVE it!
its really great for the body, for stretching, and [b]really great for building core strength ![/b]
my pole was only $125 and i think every woman should have one
not for any perverted reasons, but just because its really great excercise, and you can't really overdo it because its only your own strength !
i cant do gymnastics, but this is satisfying

i can do lots of neat tricks and took no lessons. so much enjoyment from it

- Syringomyelia, Scoliosis, Spinal Fusion, Migraines, fatigue, depression and other psych issues, rail thin, possible EDS, no CM
