Hi,

I am feeling so proud of myself this morning - I cut up a potato and onion! I just got a cutting board designed for people with only one hand/arm.

Because I have no feeling in my hands I cut myself too much to safely cut up any food or cook much at all and have been living off delivery food and frozen burritos.

Anyway the board has suction cups to keep it in place on a counter and three prongs to push your veggies on and cut with a knife attached to the board. And one corner is raised so you can push the food there so it doesn't fall off.
