Thanks for sharing Anne Marie. I used the google translator but it didn't flow well. Can you tell me in a few words what the NS said regarding SM? I understood the majority of cases comes form CM.

I see if I can try to make a short summary. The main point is that they say that a idiopathic SM will become less and less common. There will always be a cause.
